Our Services
Chiropractic, although often misunderstood, is about helping people live healthier, fuller lives. While typically thought of as “bone doctors”, chiropractors actually focus on the nervous system, particularly the spine, as the key to a healthy and pain-free body. The basis of our work focuses on correcting misalignments in the spinal column, called “subluxations”, improving the functioning of the entire nervous system.
In order to reduce pain and dramatically improve quality of life, chiropractors make ‘adjustments’ that re-align your body and re-establish proper nerve flow throughout the body. Once the correct structural order has been restored, the nerve signals between the brain and the body flow freely, allowing your body’s natural healing systems to function optimally. Chiropractic work is widely researched, practiced, and respected, and has been shown to help a wide range of ailments, from allergies to whiplash.
I use diversified techniques, both manual, light-force adjustments, as well as activator and electronic activator. These techniques are appropriate for infants through the elderly.

Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy
This is a non-invasive, outpatient alternative to surgery for those with many tendon and joint disorders. ESWT sends acoustic shockwaves (soundwaves) into the affected area, breaking up scarring that has penetrated tendons and ligaments. This increases circulation and healing of the tendons, ligaments and joints. Common conditions that we treat are: tennis elbow, rotator cuff pain, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, and frozen shoulder.
Class IV Laser
Laser therapy works by focusing penetrating light energy into the damaged area of the body. This stimulates the healing at a cellular level, reducing inflammation and speeding healing.

Nutrition Reflex Muscle Testing
The human nervous system is one of the most complex systems in nature. It is responsible for coordinating thousands of processes, from your heart beating to the emotions you feel throughout the day. Clearly, a system with this much responsibility needs to function properly in order for person to remain healthy. Unfortunately, the nervous system can be easily disrupted through a number of factors: stress, poor diet, toxic chemicals, infections, and genetics. Once I find and correct the underlying nutritional imbalances and deficiencies-almost inevitable in today’s world of poor diet, fast foods and toxic chemical overload-the subluxations begin to stay fixed.
I use a variety of nutritional supplements to help aid in the healing of your body. I primarily use standard process products, but I also carry Doctor’s Research and several other supplements and will recommend them based on your condition and what your body tells me through reflex muscle testing.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy is a gentle style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing “trigger points” in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle tissue rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These ‘knots’ are built up throughout a person’s life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.
